Only this store is located just outside of Chicago, Illinois in the City of Schaumburg, Illinois. As with the last polished concrete showroom floor we completed for them in Kansas City, Kansas, this one is going to have a much larger design since it’s a much larger floor.

The biggest differences between the two polished concrete showroom floors are the color and the addition of the company logo. This particular floor was going to prove a little difficult though. I’m not sure what was in the space prior to our mattress company, but whatever it was, they had more than 700 holes that needed to be repaired and filled before we could even start grinding.

Using the same interior designer who worked with us on the Polished Concrete Showroom floor for them in Kansas City, Kansas, we eagerly anticipated her design. Although it was pretty much the same as before, we went from using Patriot Blue to Gray. We also added the company logo at the front of the store.

The logo for this Polished Concrete Showroom floor was a little more difficult than it appeared at first. We wanted to place it within its own diamond, and we knew that diamond wasn’t going to be the same size as the others.

As you can see from the pictures below, the logo in this polished concrete showroom floor turned out extremely well. The polished concrete logo turned out absolutely beautiful! As for the 700 plus holes that needed to be repaired, it was well worth the effort.
