Our customers recently purchased the business at the beginning of 2019. The existing floor had carpet and tile. The carpet was badly stained and beyond repair. Because of this, the carpet simply didn’t meet their customer expectations for a boat showroom. Their high-end boat showroom floor simply didn’t have the luxurious look they were after.
Their needs were simple. They had a boat showroom with carpet and tile and wanted polished concrete flooring. They wanted a floor that helped in showing off their beautiful boats. Mission accomplished.
Their polished concrete boat showroom floor was stained a dark gray color. Their logo included white, which was concrete without stain, and a light blue. The light blue on their polished concrete logo was made using our Patriot Blue floor dye from Ameripolish.
We use the term “Stain” because it’s what people are familiar with when speaking about coloring one of our polished concrete showroom floors. The material we use to color our polished concrete is actually a dye.
