Our latest project is the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Epoxy Record Floor. This vinyl epoxy record floor has the Glossy Floors crew working at one of the most prestigious casinos in the United States. The pictures we’ve included at the bottom will be updated as the project progresses.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is proud to call Tulsa, Oklahoma home, and Glossy Floors is proud to be the only company ever to pour an epoxy record floor consisting of 45’s. As of October 1st, 2019, this is the largest vinyl record floor in the world!
The epoxy record floor project took 14 days to complete and used more than 6,300 records. The owners wanted them placed in the floor randomly as opposed to symmetric.
The project was completed (will be) on September 30, 2019, and the new Center Bar was (will be) opened for business on October 1, 2019.

The record floor will consist of 4 main sections and 2 ramps. The middle section will consist of a multi-colored epoxy marble.
This particular floor is unique in that it is the only epoxy record floor in the world consisting of more than just a few hundred records. In total, there are more than 6,300 records embedded in this epoxy record floor.

Thanks to our friend Terry Beene from the Terry Awards, we were able to get the autographs of Johnny Lee, Mickey Gilley, and Barbara Fairchild. It was a long trip to Branson, Missouri, but it was also well worth it.
We were also able to find a record label for the talented Mr. Stevan Pippin and our friend Mr. Carl Acuff, Jr. has his record embedded as well.
We waited too late to get anything from our friend Deborah Allen, but there’s a record on the floor just for her!
